Your responsibilities


Activities supporting sourcing for indirect categories for assigned business sectors/areas. Supporting the PO/GES Sourcing Managers by preparing and running RfX competitive bidding events. Facilitating the sourcing & contracting steps and ensuring appropriate documentation and communication throughout the whole Source to Contract process until contract signature and execution of all activities required to close the sourcing project. Responses to inquiries of internal customers and suppliers regarding RfX and contract status, changes, or cancellations. Handling escalations from stakeholders to be responded promptly. Interface with other areas to guarantee service level: VMD, Legal, Group Procurement. Prepare information to support audit and Internal Control System requirements in the Service Center and customer organizations. Prepare and update process documents for the S2C process of the company entities supported, in order to ensure compliance with policies and minimize risks. Manage processes in scope to meet SLAs and Operational Metrics. Identify opportunities and participate in implementation of process optimization initiatives to increase working efficiency and improve KPI. Perform other procurement Ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Establishing and maintaining a collaborative work environment with the colleagues in Procurement to constantly enable and improve the overall process performance Professional, content related and onboarding support for other team members, including new joiners. Ensure full compliance of Procurement activities with company´s Code of Ethics, Procurement policies and procedures, and local guidelines.

 

Who you are

  • College degree; Finance, Administration, Engineering or International Trade background is desired.
  • 3-5 years working experience related to procurement area in a professional, complex, and international company environment.
  • Fluent in English
  • Project participation experience desired.
  • Ariba Source to Contract is a plus 
  • Intermediate knowledge of personal computer, various office software packages especially Microsoft Office software (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate is a plus
