役割：

当社では、シニアR&Dスペシャリストは、好奇心旺盛な科学者のチームと共に半導体産業に先進的な材料のソリューションを提供します。私たちはテクノロジーの最前線において主要な半導体メーカーと協力し、最も困難な問題に統合ソリューションを提供しています。

この職務の役割は、EUVリソグラフィおよびその拡張のための先進的なフォトレジストおよび関連材料の開発、各種アプリケーションへのカスタマイズおよび徹底的な顧客サポートです。プロジェクトの管理およびリード、グローバルな環境での経営陣および同僚との主要な連絡窓口であることも含まれます。また国内外の出張が含まれる場合があります。

応募要件：

 • 化学、材料科学、またはその他関連する科学および工学分野で修士号または博士号を取得し、化学合成、材料の特性評価に5年以上の経験があること。

• フォーミュレーションの開発で2年以上の経験があること。

• 優れた英語での文章および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキルがあること。

• 新しいアイデアを生み出し、説得力のある事例を構築し、実行に移すことができること。

 • 直接の権限がない状況においてもプロジェクトの管理および他者に影響を与える能力があること。

 • マトリックス組織の環境で働く能力があること。

望ましい資格：

• 有機金属化学のバックグラウンド。 • 空気/湿気に敏感な試薬の取り扱いスキルが非常に望ましい。

 • チームと成功するための高い意欲を持ち、新しいコンセプトを学び、採用し、先進的な材料の研究開発に伴う曖昧さと固有の不確実性に対処できる能力があること。

 • 分子特性評価ツール（NMR、FT-IR、GPC、HPLC、GCなど）の実務経験。

 • 材料の特性評価用の機器の経験（SEM、AFM、XPS、XRR、DSC、TGA、TEMなど）がプラスになります。

 • 先進的なフォトレジストのための材料設計の経験。

• クリーンルーム環境およびクリーントラック、ドライエッチ、CD SEM、欠陥検査などの設備に精通していること。

• デジタルツールを利用した材料開発の経験が望ましい。
