Your Role:

• Drive Portfolio Expansion: Assess and develop robust business cases for new products from global pipelines and external assets. Collaborate with Marketing to prioritize current portfolio management.
• Lead Negotiations: Coordinate internal decision-making and participate in external negotiations as part of the Business Development team. Prepare for new product launches.
• Innovate Business Models: Explore new business models for CM&E, adapting to dynamic market conditions, including the Premium Segment.
• Strategic Impact: Contribute to critical growth opportunities by driving value assessments and engaging in decision-making processes.
• Network Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external business partners.

Who You Are:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical or Pharmacology, master degress is preferred
• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin; good English proficiency.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry (pharma or consultancy) with leading MNCs, preferably in Portfolio Expansion or Business Development.
• Market Insight: Strong understanding of the Chinese pharmaceutical landscape and CM&E therapeutic areas is a plus.

Skills:

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in business case modeling and analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and a self-motivated team player.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
