Job Title: (Senior) Product Manager

Your Role:

As a (Senior) Product Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our Fertility portfolio by leading product launches and optimizing market strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Product Launch Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of product launches that align with the Fertility portfolio marketing plan.
2. Market Access Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize product positioning and ensure effective market access.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, and the Global Market Access (GMA) team to ensure successful product launch and promotion.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with stakeholders to meet launch objectives and effectively utilize resources.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance post-launch, assess hospital listing targets, and adjust strategies to maximize market impact.
6. Market Analysis: Analyze market dynamics and identify product development opportunities, initiating product promotion strategies with a short, medium, and long-term focus.

Who You Are:

1. Bachelor’s degree above, medicine or pharmacy area would be preferred.
2. Experience in new product launch management with a focus on Rx drugs.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

6. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other office software.
7. Travel Flexibility: Can travel frequently as needed.
