Overall purpose of this job:

Your role:
1.    管理和指导所带领的团队成员:
•    与每位下属讨论和沟通一个清楚,详细的工作目标和工作描述.
•    和每位下属讨论制订每年的工作目标,并至少半年作一次绩效评估, 肯定长处,指出弱点,提出改进方案和行动计划, 并跟踪执行情况.
•    指导下属运用客户管理体系来确定最佳的资源的分配.
•    帮助下属学习相关管理知识,提高辅导技巧
•    及时准确的传达公司的信息、政策、制度等给整个团队
•    负责整个团队的人员招聘,解雇,提升和发展
2.    制定积极、合理的各个下属区域的销售目标和行动计划,并达到目标
•    根据市场情况,利用客户管理系统为工具,来制定地区销售目标和行动计划
•    定期检查和核准工作计划以便更好地达到销售目标
•    保证公司的学术活动活动准确有效;保持与区域内学科带头人的良好关系
•    保持与经销商,商务部的联系和合作.保证供货渠道畅通,避免断货.
•    与当地医疗保险机构和其他相关的政府机构建立良好的关系. 负责协助申报我公司药品进入当地医疗保险目录.保证公司业务的顺畅.
•    完成销售策略的制定
3.    研究和发展市场,确定市场的潜力并保持销售的持续稳定增长
•    与市场部、医学部和公司其他各部门沟通合作,执行公司的策略
•    提供你所在市场的信息,包括医疗保险目录的进展、竞争对手的活动等等
4.    代表公司的专业形象
•    精通产品知识和相关专业知识,并在日常工作中加以运用
•    行为,举止得体
•    有责任感和工作勤奋
5.    其他
•    按时、准确地上交报告
•    参加由公司组织的培训活动
 
Who you are:
个人背景要求 (包括经验,知识,技能和教育背景)
  医药及相关专业大专以上学历.
•    5年以上外资医药公司从业经验,两年以上的医药团队管理经验,
•    很强的责任感,善于激励团队,具有良好的团队合作精神;
•    能够承受工作压力、具有出色的解决问题的能力;
•    优秀的学习能力,敏锐的业务洞察力
•    优秀的领导能力和良好的沟通协调能力
