Job Title: Trainee GOglobal Marketing & Commercial in Healthcare

The GOglobal Graduate Program is the company’s career accelerator for high potential graduates who are early in their careers. At GOglobal, you will follow a 24-month individual rotation plan, gain international experience, and receive exposure to the business as well as visibility to senior management. You will be provided with an environment fostering personal and professional growth, as well as great networking opportunities to continuously improve your technical expertise and business acumen.

Your role:

Throughout this program, you will get to know the multiple aspects of the Marketing and Commercial function (such as Market Intelligence; Value Demonstration, Market Access and Pricing; Country-level Product, Brand and Project Management; Digital Health; Strategic Marketing; Product Launches; Business Operations) to prepare you for a future career in the Marketing & Commercial organization of our Healthcare Business in China. Your individual rotation plan will consist of three rotations, at least one will be with a global team and at least one at a local affiliate.

Your first assignment will be at our home base in Beijing or Shanghai or another major city in China, depending on the location of your first assignment department; your second assignment will be international at one of our subsidiaries, and the third assignment will be back at our home base in China. These assignments spanning global and local affiliates will broaden your experience and deepen your perspective on the different functions and business areas in our Healthcare Business.

In one of these assignments, either a Sales role with any Business Unit (BU) or a Key Account role with the Great Market Access Department is highly recommended to grasp first-hand knowledge of business needs, which is believed to be a solid foundation for your future career.

Who you are:

• Master’s or PhD degree in natural science; additional degree in business administration, or related fields is a plus
• Outstanding academic performance
• International experience preferred but not essential
• Practical experience via internships within a commercial or marketing function or related fields in the healthcare industry preferred but not essential
• Highly self-motivated and passionate for discovering solutions to challenging problems
• Excellent organization skills including analytical thinking and ability to balance several on-going projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with working in an international and multi-cultural matrix organization
• Fluent in English (German or other language skills a plus)
