Your Role:

  • Coordinate and develop an overarching company-level strategy by harmonizing cross-functional strategies.
  • Lead the transformation of the company's Go-To-Market model through seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of risks and opportunities that impact the healthy development of the business, providing strategic recommendations at the company level.
  • Support high-level strategic discussions and alignment from local to global perspectives.
  • Guide and lead the Strategic Development and Country Business Plan processes to ensure strategic integrity and consistency across business units.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Operations on the development and implementation of operational strategies.

 

Who You Are:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated expertise in strategy development.
  • A Master's degree, preferably in a medical or management-related field.
  • Experience in a consulting firm is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong business acumen with an agile and open mindset.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a global environment.
