Your role:

• Support the relationship building and engagement with key central government departments for China strategic priorities across in Healthcare Business. 
• Support the relationship maintenance, engagement and advocacy initiatives via key industrial and trade institutions/associations.
• Track, collect and support the analysis of relevant policies released by the government in the fields of medicine, health, and medical reform nationwide.
• Manage the liaison and high-level advocacy platforms to secure key dialogue/exchange with key stakeholders for the global and China leadership to promote Company's profile.
• Work closely with functional/business team on problem solving, risk mitigation and issue management.

Who you are:
•    Bachelor's degree or above in medicine/life sciences/health economics/public health/sociology or related majors.
•    5~10+ years or more of relevant work experience in government affairs/market access/consulting companies.
•    High sensitivity on industrial policies and strong understanding of the government engagement and advocacy.
•    Strong research & data analytical skills.
•    Self-motivation to accomplish high standard achievement.
•    Capable of working effectively in a matrix structure. 
•    Good English proficiency for communication with global teams.  
•    High resilience and capacity in handling complex situations.
•    Business and customer focused, solution oriented, team player. 
•    Experience in relevant government agencies, familiar with the workflow of relevant departments, and having relevant expert network resources is a plus.
