主要职责  

1. 与总部及跨部门合作，负责与推进自研新产品线的发展，并负责相关的早期的上市前市场调研和分析、市场发展或培育。
2. 负责引入产品机会的评估，并与跨部门协作，形成商业案例并推进BD项目进展。
3. 负责联盟管理（Alliance Management），管理BD项目的合作，确保内外部协调顺畅与执行落地。
4. 与总部及跨部门协作，支持市场部新产品卓越上市。
5. 监控项目进展，确保按时、按预算和按质量要求交付。

任职要求  

1. 本科及以上学历，相关医药领域或工商管理专业背景优先。
2. 具备10年以上相关工作经验，其中至少2年团队管理经验。具有新产品开发或BD经验者优先。
3. 优先的英文沟通能力，能够进行流利的口头和书面交流。
4. 优秀的项目管理能力，能够有效协调跨部门和跨文化团队。
5. 优秀的跨部门沟通和协作能力，具备Matrix领导力和影响力。
6. 具备出色的沟通谈判技巧，能够建立和维护内部和外部的高效合作关系。
7. 具备强烈的商业意识、商业敏锐度和战略思维能力。
8. 积极主动，敬业担责，较强的学习能力和专业迁移能力。
9. 符合公司文化要求。
