Job Title: Project Manager

Your Role:

The Project Manager will coordinate and implement key strategic and operational projects on the BU level, base on an in-depth understanding of the Fertility China strategy and business priorities, in line with policy and market dynamics so that optimal business growth can be achieved.

This is a challenging team role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for driving results. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Development & PMO and work closely with the BU leadership team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards. In return, you will have full visibility to executives on both BU, Healthcare China and Global levels.

You are expected to be a quick learner, a strategic thinker, and a self-driven multi-tasker who can communicate effectively with stakeholders and make things happen under pressure and amid conflict.

Your Responsibilities:

12. Work with the line manager in managing strategic projects and operational tasks for the BU head and China leadership team, including aspects of project planning, resourcing, process management, risk assessment, and cross-functional communications
13. Support BU annual planning cycles, such as Strategic Development (SD), Brand Plan (BP), Quarterly Planning (F0/1/2/3) monthly performance reviews
14. Deeply involved in new project launch readiness planning, resource management, and cross-functional collaborations
15. Play an active role in the ad-hoc risk management project, including regulatory, supply, QA, channel management topics
16. Build and maintain a strong relationship with China and Franchise stakeholders and ensure efficient communication

Desirable Candidate Portrait:

12. Bachelor or Master in life sciences related field; MBA is a plus
13. Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting/strategy, with an industry focus on pharmaceuticals, biotech, or any healthcare-related environment
14. Self-motivated, quick learner, good at dealing with difficult conversations
15. Competent in data analysis and visualization, excellent skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel
16. Experience in managing complex projects that involve cross-functional collaborations is a plus
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Chinese and English
18. Good team player, highly competent in working with complex cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
