• 制定零售市场策略及具体活动计划，包括各品牌在零售市场定位、关键信息、活动计划及KPI
• 了解零售宏观政策/市场及相关各品牌定义市场动态，洞察和分析定期外部市场数据及内部表现
• 推动并组织开展全年零售市场活动，追踪计划执行有效性并不断优化，以支持零售业务团队实现业务目标
• 结合零售业务团队反馈，及时了解推广活动落地层面实际问题，并提供解决方案
• 与医学和品牌组配合，制作并分发适用于零售场景的推广材料
• 为零售业务团队提供零售市场动态、产品竞争情况、策略/关键信息解读、营销工具应用等相关培训
• 与客户和利益相关者建立强有力的关系，以支持各品牌在零售市场目标的实现

任职要求：

• 本科学历及以上，医学、药学或市场营销专业为佳
• 3年及以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验
• 有零售市场推广经验为佳
• 良好的英语口语和书写能力
• 熟练使用PPT及Excel
• 具备优秀内外部沟通能力、执行力、业务推进能力和团队合作精神
• 积极正向，具备快速学习及适应能力，热衷掌握行业动态
