 (Senior) Product Manager/Marketing Manager Erbitux CRC Team:

Your role:

• Product management: Support CRC indication lead in planning and managing indication life cycle, achieving sustained competitiveness and leading position in the market.
• Market analysis and insights: Conduct market research and analysis, collect and organize market competition information, monitor market performance data, regularly write analysis reports, generate  market insights, and provide data support for brand strategy development .
• Activity Execution: Responsible for the specific execution of marketing promotional initiatives, collaborating effectively and efficiently with cross functions, especially focusing on project execution that meets the indications strategy, ensuring that the project execution process is measurable, traceable, and could be optimized in different stages. Commit marketing activities could be completed on time and with high quality.
• Promotion material production and sales training 

Who you are:

• Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.
• Work experience: More than 3 years of experience in marketing of MNC companies, with priority given to those with experience in the oncology area.
• Language proficiency: Able to use English as the working language

• Excellent cross functions communication and collaboration skills, able to reach consensus and unified action plans with cross functions.
• Sensitive to market data driven by strategic thinking, with good data analysis and tool application skills, and a certain ability to insights generation.
• Strong project management and time management skills, able to drive project progress and deliver results in complex environments.
• Proactive, dedicated, and responsible, with a good spirit of collaboration.

• Priority in Beijing, Shanghai is optional
