Your role:
Strategy
• Serve as the local Medical Affairs TA expert through in-field and office-based activities.
• Support TA leadership in developing TA, launch, and brand strategies; lead corresponding Medical Affairs tactics.
• Consolidate and communicate field-derived insights, trends, and unmet medical needs to inform strategy.
Operations
• Develop and review medical materials, review marketing materials, ensuring scientific and clinical accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date GxP knowledge and comply with all relevant SOPs and training requirements.
• Conduct local scientific training and support continuous medical education of the team.
• Develop and implement territory Medical plans; support TA-specific budget planning and tracking.
• Map the treatment landscape for new indications and drive operational excellence through best practice sharing.
Data Generation & Scientific Communication
• Lead or support Medical studies; assist in coordinating local clinical projects and site selection.
• Act as Medical responsible in the publication process, aligned with local, regional, and global publication plans.
• Deliver accurate, timely scientific information to ensure safe and appropriate use of company products.
• Serve as liaison for Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS) and coordinate with ClinDev and ClinOps on field research support.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key members of the medical community, including HCPs, thought leaders, access decision makers, and patient groups.
• Provide training to HCPs and support Medical-led educational programmes and events.
• Represent the company at Medical education events and support patient advocacy activities.
• Engage cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Commercial colleagues on Medical and cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitate partnerships with external stakeholders on innovative research and healthcare solutions.
Who you are:
Education
• Advanced scientific degree (at least master’s degree) required, in area of fertility/OBGY/ Endocrinology preferred
• Scientific and / or clinical training in area of fertility strongly preferred
Work experience
• Clinical or clinical research experience specific to fertility preferred
• Substantial professional, clinical or research experience in a scientific or related field required (minimum of 3 years)
• Previous Medical Advisor experience required (minimum of 3 years)
• Prior industry experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of regulatory environment
• Knowledge and experience of methodology of clinical research and Good Clinical Practice preferred
• Knowledge and experience in project management
