岗位描述：

• 职位目标：
  在项目阶段，机械维修技术员将协助管理机电安装的质量和进度，并支持系统调试、启动。
  机械维修技术员将主要负责日常机械设备维护工作。
• 主要职责：
• 项目阶段
  监控机电安装过程。
  参与项目最终验收。
  支持系统调试、启动和验证。
  协助准备现场维护工具、文件等。
  协助维护主管制定机械设备预防性维护计划。
• 项目完成后
  根据工单完成日常维护工作。
  及时完成设备维护记录，并确保所有维护工作都记录在系统或日志中。
  协助维护主管改进PM和PDM。
  协助维护主管及时更新资产信息。
  每天进行机械设备巡视，及时发现设备问题或潜在设备问题。
  参与故障分析，持续减少电气设备故障。
  协助维修主管控制机械备件库存。
  确保行为符合合规和 EHS。
  根据要求安排其他工作。
  积极参与工厂的质量文化建设和质量相关活动。
  主动汇报质量相关事件，积极参与工厂的质量持续改进的活动。

岗位要求：

• 大专以上学历，机械类或机电一体化教育背景。
• 8年以上精细化工机械维修工作经验，熟悉包装线、化工设备如泵、带搅拌器容器、机械密封等等设备的维修。
• 精通机械三视图，熟练电脑Auto CAD者优先。
• 初级电气知识，低压电气许可证会更好。
• 在机械维修方面具有出色的动手能力。
• 具有拆装机械机构的能力。
• 机械维修知识和解决设备常见问题的技巧。
• 具有成套设备装置和化工设备的运维经验
• 基础英语阅读。
• 如有需要，接受轮班工作。
