Your role:

维修体系工程师的职责是通过有效的文档控制、培训管理、工单计划来确保工程部在 GMP及安全合规框架下高效运作，支持设备可靠性和生产连续性，降低停机风险，从而保障工厂的质量和运营目标

工作职责

• 合规:

• • 严格遵守法规、程序的要求，同时按照GMP常识进行操作，时时刻刻满足数据完整性的要求。
  • 及时指出任何违反合规性的操作和事件，并及时向上级经理汇报。
• 备件管理
  • 建立并维护工程部SAP系统备件台账，确保关键设备备件库存合理，降低停机风险。
  • 负责备件主数据维护、验收及库存管理，协助制定备件更换计划，支持设备预防性维护。
  • 可视化备件管理KPI，定期回顾备件状态，完成年度备件盘点工作
• 工单计划
  • 使用 CMMS 系统创建、分配和跟踪维护工单，确保计划性维护和紧急维修及时执行。
  • 协调维修团队资源，优化工单优先级，实现工单排程和团队资源利用可视化，提升维护效率。
  • 定期分析工单完成情况，生成报告，支持持续改进。
• 培训管理
  • 制定并执行工程部年度培训计划，涵盖 GMP、SOP、设备操作及维护技能。
  • 维护培训记录，确保培训覆盖率及合规性，定期评估培训效果并优化方案。
• 文档控制
  • 管理工程部相关文件（SOP、设备资料、验证文件）的收集、归档及版本控制，确保符合 GMP 要求。
  • 维护电子档案系统，跟踪文件审批流程，确保文件及时更新与有效性。
    
    

Who you are:

熟悉 SAP 或 CMMS 系统，具备良好的数据分析能力。
良好的沟通协调能力，细致严谨，具备团队合作精神。
英语读写能力良好，能处理双语文件。
3 年以上 GMP 制药或相关行业经验，熟悉文控、培训、备件及工单管理流程。
