职位目标：

1、高质量地实现CCM&RTU生产部所有设定的生产目标，包含生产领料，设备操作，生产线清场，及个人技能的发展等。

2、日常生产活动必须遵循法规要求及公司EHS、质量、合规等相关要求进行操作。

主要职责：

1、遵守公司政策和员工手册相关条款要求。

2、安全环境健康责任

      1、理解生产活动中涉及安全、健康及环境的相关内容以及该活动可能对整个公司的安全、健康环境绩效产生的影响。

      2、遵循公司的安全、健康及环境政策和中国当地EHS相关法规要求。严格执行本岗位的安全操作规程，并按要求正确使用劳动防护用品，拒绝违章指挥，切实做到“四不伤害”。

      3、通过CR持续改善安全、健康与环境的绩效。

3、岗位培训

     1、接受相关GMP、ISO9001、EHS等业务需要的相关培训。

     2、明确设定岗位的工作内容及职责，能够按时完成岗位技能培训，并取得上岗操作资质。

     3、培训和提高新员工的岗位技能。

4、生产日常操作

     1、配合执行相关的设备调试、验证等工作。

     2、依据相关SOP和质量规范及生产计划要求，执行并完成所有的生产活动，并填写相关记录。

     3、依据生产计划，确保按时完成生产线的产品切换、模具清洗、清场清洁等。

     4、及时汇报生产异常和偏差，配合相关人员进行原因调查、分析；及时报告设备异常，协助维护人员进行设备的维护和保养；及时报告安全风险及各类安全事件。

     5、向主管提出合理化建议改善效率、产量、质量等方面。

     6、根据6S要求，随时保持生产现场整洁高效。

     7、积极参与工厂的质量文化建设和质量相关活动

     8、主动汇报质量相关事件，积极参与工厂的质量持续改进的活动

5、完成主管安排的其他工作。

教育背景及任职要求：

1、中专以上学历，化工等相关专业

2、两年以上化工行业相关生产经验

3、良好的安全知识和意识。

4、具备GMP和ISO9001经验者优先

5、能应用微软常用办公软件

6、积极主动的与同事沟通，共同实现目标

7、能够适应倒班生产安排
