Your role：

Overall Objectives of the Position：

• Drive 6S Management: Lead 6S initiatives effectively, keep a well-organized workplace, using the physical environment to drive safety, quality and cost. With a clean, organized workplace, abnormal conditions are quickly recognized and corrected.
• Drive Kaizen Management: Keep successfully implement the Kaizen philosophy. Supervising Kaizen system, managing system operation problems, and promoting the achievement of goals.
• Keeping tracking CIP projects, summarize report monthly.
• As LSPS site deployment team member: Functional experts who are dedicated on the deployment of LSPS in certain area (e.g., production, QC/QA, maintenance, SC)  Manage deployment plan for area ensuring all is executed on time and escalate issues as needed to leaders.

Main Tasks：

• Fostering the development of a lean culture within the company.
• Serving as a leader and facilitator of change, assisting teams in accepting and adapting to improvement measures.
• Managing cross-departmental teams to implement lean projects and improvement plans. Monitoring project progress to ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Training colleagues and team members on the use of lean principles and tools. Identifying non-value-added activities in production and business processes.
• Utilizing lean tools such as 6S, continuous improvement, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
• Promoting a zero-defect culture and mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) measures.
• Other duties required by the superior.

Who are you：

Education and Qualification Required：

• University or college graduate in chemistry, pharmaceutic, biology
• Extensive professional experience 3+ years in pharmaceutic, biology industry
• Lean & Six Sigma 2+ years
• Good experience and knowledge of typical secondary pharmaceutical process equipment e.g. filling line, autoclave, packaging line, IBC handling, dispensary, and media preparation system.
• Have good knowledge of GMP and ISO9001:2015.
• Ability to work effectively across the matrix organization interacting in particular with Supply Chain, and Quality functions.
• Good command in English and Chinese in writing and speaking.
• Good teamwork attitude, initiative and hardworking, good communication skills.
• Green Belt above certification.
