A manager's role focuses on team development and performance management, interacting with various stakeholders to realize business planning and business development, and Single Use and Integrated System portfolio management.

Your Role:

  • Team Development and Performance Management. Responsible for developing future leaders and potential. Responsible for people development, making employee engagement plans within the team, and contributing to a larger organization. Manage and report on performance within the department of responsibility and achievement on cross-function business. Take appropriate corrective action to ensure the forecast & achievement balance of annual business and long-term objectives.
  • Business Planning and Business Development. Responsible for the business result of the SUIS group. Develop and responsible annual business plans for a given area or department, ensuring alignment with strategy. Propose and develop business targets with key initials activities/projects, providing integration with other elements of the organization. Responsible for country-wide winning strategy development and implementation aligned with key stakeholders. Contribute and influence the global AOP and long-term strategy development.
  • Stakeholder management. Identify and manage stakeholders up to C-level, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these by coordinating the development of the high-level stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions.
  • Portfolio management. Implement global strategic plans (including new product development & launch, new technologies & application, etc.) in the area of responsibility. Help to create and Implement product training plans for internal teams. Develop and use an appropriate products/projects management tool to ensure that intended outcomes are achieved.

Who You Are:

  • Strong commercial sense on Single Use and Hardware business.
  • Single use or integrated hardware knowledge in Bioprocess & classical pharm and understand its application in customer process, utilize technical expertise to translate customer needs and pain points into our solutions and sales tactics.
  • Familiar with the Hardware design in Bio/Pharmaceutical process is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experiences in Biotechnology and life science or other related education or industrial experience.
  • > 10 years of work experience in a pharmaceutical related industry, familiar with application.
  • > 10 years of managerial experience.
  • Possess rich leadership experience and good international experience.
  • Investment project management experience.
  • Deep connection with customer's high-level management.
  • Rich experience in strategy & process development and implementation.
