As the China Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales and service operations within the region. Your leadership will ensure the achievement of sales targets for both equipment and service, while maintaining strong customer relationships and overseeing all aspects of account management.
Your Role

Sales Management:
- Achieve regional equipment sales targets and service business objectives.

Account Management:
- Manage customer accounts in the region, addressing all issues and concerns related to service, applications, and parts support.

Service Operations Oversight:
- Ensure accountability for all installations and service-related operations within the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Accounts Receivable Collections:
- Oversee accounts receivable collections to maintain healthy cash flow and financial performance.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing customer loyalty.

Administrative Duties:
- Handle general administrative requirements related to sales and service operations in the region.
Who You Are

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the equipment or semiconductor industry.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements and operational oversight.
- At least 3 years of experience in people management, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop teams.
- Proven track record in managing and enhancing customer relationships.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our sales and service operations in China, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
