Key Accountabilities

• Ensures development of impactful country marketing programs and strategies, aligned with global business franchise and country commercial business plan. 
• Drive and accountable on strategic initiatives within China; e.g. new product sales, product adoption/seeding, focused franchise business.
• Lead/Co-lead with global strategy team to conduct market study, e.g. market sizing, new technology/application trends…etc, and alignment with country commercial heads.
• Coordinates with other function teams and relevant stakeholders (e.g. sales, TSS…) for customer training and value added activities.
• Provide regional VoC feedback to global team
• Foster next generation leaders and develop team members
• Scope includes: USP and chemicals, DSP, HW&SU, Novel Modalities

andidate’s Profile

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Masters, MBA, or PhD preferred 

• Scientific experience preferred 
• 10+ years’ experience in either a professional expert or managerial role  
• Strong understanding of the Process Solutions business and Bioprocessing 
• Proven track record of building and developing successful teams in a direct management position  
• fluent in both written and verbal English
• Team leaders with more than 15 team members
