• Ensure operations and SOP meets EHS, Quality and Compliance requirements.
• Drive high safety/quality/service standard in warehouse operation.
• Deploy continuous improvement for cost reduction, raising bar for safety & quality, and service improvement. 
• Reduce customer complaints, driver the root cause analysis and preventive action to improve customer satisfaction long term.
• Coaching team member to realize OpenX, Kaizen and 6s project, Gemba walk，yearly saving target.

Your role:

Operational Management

Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Set up team’s annual work plan and team member’s individual goal,and performance evaluation.
• Lead team to drive high safety/quality/service standard in warehouse operation, ensure team’s SOP to comply with ISO and GDP requirements.
• Monitor operation excellence performance to meet KPI requirement though exact data analysis skill and innovative tools deployment.
• Keep team’s work under safety, security, and comfortable environment via 6S, “Be-safe behavior “
• Optimize the warehouse operation process including safety, quality space utilization, cost improvement quality to driver operation excellence with continual improvement.
• Implement warehouse project including Capex, operation optimization.,etc under budget and timeline.

Organizational Development & Team Leadership

• Support leader to develop warehouse organization structure and talent pipeline for future development of distribution /ISCO in China.
• Ensure proper planning and allocation of assigned resources and tasks. 
• Collaborate with other teams (customer excellence, supply chain, Quality management, EHS, etc.) to achieve warehouse/distribution goals. 
• Team member and talent development

Who you are:

Education:  

Bachelor degree or above in logistic, supply chain, Bio-Pharm, Chemical background with CSCP/CLTD is preferred.

Working Experience:

• More than 8 years’ experience on site operation management, background in chemicals warehouse management is a plus, Knowledge of domestic cold chain transport is preferred.
• At least 3 years’ leadership practice with high team spirt and service orientation.
• Solid Supply chain acknowledgement and understanding about logistics information and physical flow .
• Acknowledgement about 3PL warehouse monitoring and evaluation.
• Good SAP system skill in ERP and EWM.
• Good English written and daily conversation.

Technical &Professional Knowledge

• Good team management skills, basic lean six sigma concepts 
• Result driven independently.
• Good problem-solving capability
• Good communication skills, teamwork, initiative and willing to work under pressure.
• Good English in spoken and written, familiar with office software (Excel, PPT,etc.)
• High responsibility and teamwork ownership
• Logical reasoning, numerical skills, technical skills
