Your role:

  • Monitor WH outbound delivery status, guide package worker’s work efficiency and output .
  • Complete GR, GI, inventory management and goods movement activities in SAP per transactions/instructions
  • Track and follow up Special Receiving Report for abnormal receiving goods, complete movements and records in SAP per instructions
  • Track and follow up outbound arrangements and settle down delivery requirements to meet customer needs
  • Preliminary diagnosis of system problems, working with global IT team to fix issues
  • Run basic reports via different sources for data analysis to track and monitor related KPI
  • Checking billings from vendors and 3PL to ensure billing accuracy and punctuality
  • Facilitate cycle counting process to improve inventory accuracy
  • Communicate with related department colleague to collect requested information and respond to customers' needs and inquiries
  • Generate and implement improvement actions and projects to increase customer satisfactory and X-functional working effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ensure daily operation follows SOP to ensure EHS, Quality and Complian

Who you are:

Good health, hardworking, service management;
Be familiar with logistics/warehousing operations, implement shift system;
At least 2 years of on-site management experience in factories or warehouses
Experience in chemical products or complex SKU (automotive parts/consumer goods, etc.) related operations or management is preferred;
College degree or above;
More than 2 years of warehouse operation experience in cross-border e-commerce, logistics, and FMCG industries is preferred;
Be able to independently complete goods receiving and issuing as well as warehousing management, proficient in using office software such as Excel/Word, and proficient in ERP/SAP systems;
Strong resistance to pressure, careful and responsible, hardworking, ownership, strong communication skills.
