Your role:
To lead planning, implementing and review of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 standard) in cooperated QM level meeting divisional standard/ requirement (QMR, CAPA, Complaints, Deviation, Change Control, Data Integrity, Periodic Reviews, etc.)
Coordinate for Internal Audit, LS & DQS audits to maintain ISO 9001 certification.
Provide data (scorecard), reporting and analytics in accordance with Corporate and site standards. Propose and manage internal dashboard and support continuous improvement.
Training Management, integrate training plan base on team demand, maintain training matrix, periodic review and ensure completion rate.
Supplier quality management, including:
1) Collect supplier quality issues (from RT/FAT/system document inspection, ect.) and manage routine supplier quality meeting to discuss action plan with supplier.
2) Drive problem solving & PoA follow-up until the problem be solved.
3) Vendor KPI monitoring and set up action if the score turns "red" light.
4) SCAR follow up and effectiveness verification.
5) Perform supplier related audit including routine/pilot/topic audit.
EHS activities:
1) Set up SSOC EHS target and maintain SSOC monthly scorecard.
2) Manage regular EHS training and Gamba walk.
Who you are:
Bachlor or above degree, Prefer education background in mechnical and engineering
At least 6 times experences in ISO 9001 audit.
More than 5 years practical experience in chemical engineering, well understanding in related products.
More than 5 years experience in related industry; Pharmaceutical equipment or facility projects quality management experience
Good command of English, both oral and write;
LEAN and Six Sigma
Other quality related certificates preferable:
Quality management skill
