Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to understand their needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities to maximize account potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present regular account reviews, performance reports, and strategic plans to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience in display panel manufacture industry is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role are preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
