Job Title: Assistant Account Manager

Location: Shanghai Jinqiao

Job Summary:
We are seeking an accountable and self-driven person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products and services, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to understand their needs and objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to maximize account potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
• Prepare and present regular account reviews, performance reports, and strategic plans to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Experience in display panel manufacture industry is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role are preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
