LC Production Assistant Engineer

Your Role:

• Ensure the compliance of company safety and quality requirements. Own basic data analysis ability and continuous improvement sense to help production runs well.
• Assist to do the routine field management including order management, label printing, quality assurance, risk identify etc.
• Properly arrange manpower based on production plan. Make technician training plan and actively communicating with team members to ensure their work condition.
• Know basic knowledge on production process parameter, BOM logic and machine management.
• Be able to resolve problems independently by identifying and analyzing data to find proper solutions. Raising improvement suggestions and execute as project if needed.
• Have a good sense of change management. Execute changes in production site and well control the risks.
• Cross function collaboration with quality, planning and warehouse etc. complete production tasks and fulfill customer orders.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor‘s degree or above （Chemical related）
• Manufacturing in chemical or pharmaceuticals plant, cleanroom working experience is preferred.
• Basic operating ability on enterprise system like SAP etc.
• Basic English communication level
• Strong willing of learning and proactive attitude of working，work under pressure and growing mindset.
