​Responsibilities

• ​Support equipment, hardware and applications qualifications/trouble shooting during installation.
• Account management & tools situation update.
• Tool installations / FAT signoff and service supports for all tools of China region.
• Manage customers relationships and escalations.
• Manage HQ relationship and escalations.
• Lead meeting for technical discussion; host weekly or monthly customer meeting etc.
• Support the system sales and penetration in China.
• Increase and maintain a healthy service and spare business in China
• Take care of the FSE team in China in term of technical.

• ​Prerequisites:
• ​Good attitude in working and good team-work ability.
• Some experience in maintaining and supporting semiconductor M&I (Metrology and Inspection) equipment is preferred​.
• Team management experience is preferred.
• ​Willingness to travel.
• Languages (both written and spoken): Chinese and English.
