Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) market. The ideal candidate will have a background in IVD, life sciences, or related fields, and demonstrate exceptional relationship coordination and resource integration capabilities. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in collaboration with account managers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account managers to develop and strengthen key customer relationships.
- Build trust with customers, understand their needs, and leverage internal resources and support from enabling functions to provide customized solutions.
- Coordinate internal resources, including R&D, production, marketing, and customer service teams, to effectively meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics, adjusting sales strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
- Prepare and present sales reports, including customer feedback, market analysis, and business forecasts.
- Participate in the development of business plans, including new product promotion and market penetration strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and enhance overall sales efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, medicine, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience in IVD or related fields.
- Strong customer relationship management and business negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
