Your role:

  1. Process customer requests regarding documents, quotations, order creation, order status tracking, transportation status via diverse channels with a sound and responsible manner.
  1. Take orders from emails,3rd-party platform, SFDC, etc. channels and enter them into SAP precisely, coordinate order delivery related tasks until customer sign-off
  2. To be the expert in order management, solve problems and create values.
  1. Own the weekly open order management responsibility as the company guideline. Proactively communicate with the customers and Sales and ensure a good customer experience
  1. Well handle customer inquiries, collaborate with related functions and response customers timely and correctly
  2. The tasks as line manager assigned

 

Who you are:

  1. Bachelor degree above, Life science, chemical, import business model related background would be preferred.
  2. At least 5-years experience in Customer Service;
  1. Good interpersonal and cross-function communication skill and teamwork mindset.
  2. Eager to learn, customer-oriented, proactive and reliable
  3. Additional experiences and skills on data analysis, process management, digital tool development will be extra advantages.
  4. Familiar with SAP system.
  5. English fluency both in written and oral.
