Your role:

· Plan, manage and develop a territory composed of I&T major accounts.

· Actively identify and target new business.

· Seek more opportunities with creative and developing insights.

· Build strong business relationships and formulate account relationship plans within the assigned territory.

· Achieve and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, days outstanding and forecasting.

· Work closely with coach and line manager for territory business planning and implementation.

 

Who you are:

· Bachelor’s degree is a must; Master’s degree is preferred.

· At least 3 years sales experience about reagents and consumables in I&T industry. Direct KA management experience is preferred.

· Good data analysis and biz planning skills

· Fluent oral and written communication skills in English

· Self-motivated, initiative, lively, open-minded, and detail-oriented
