Your Role:

  1. Maintain and increase market share at all assigned accounts, by building strong customer relationship and understanding the key customer’s needs and requirement.
  2. Coordinate and plan all activities of both the sales and support functions in assigned accounts to support products all new opportunities.  
  3. Responsible for fulfilling and forecasting key accounts’ need accurately, and meeting assigned sales quota
  4. Responsible for the direct sale of the company’s products or services to expand market share
  5. Can handle the public seminar, in-house seminar and small trial
  6. May also manage the organization’s relationship with independent representative and good management of dealers
  7. Responsible for new accounts development
  8. Make the report to her/his supervisor on time and work with her/his supervisor closely
  9. Can demonstrate her/his role in the team and have a good tendency to teamwork
  10.  Other tasks.

 

Who You Are:

  1. Good command of English, especially orally communication with customers.
  2. At least 4 years sales experience for pharmaceutical and upstream or downstream of biopharma for Senior Sales Application Specialist or 2-year sales experience for junior Sales Application Specialist.
  3. Or 2 years Mab’s manufacture experience for junior sales application specialist.
  4. Master’s degree of Bioengineering, Biochemistry or Pharmaceutical Engineering   background is preferred.
  5. Travel to customer site is required.
  6. Good organization skill and good management for working independence
  7. Good execution, integrity, teamwork is definitely required.
  8. Passion and self-motivated
  9. Strong interpersonal, communication/customer service skills are essential.
