工作职责：
 配合生产计划执行有机发光二极管材料生产作业,遵守上级安排的每日工作。           
机台操作与制程参数确认,遵守SOP来生产高品质的液晶，避免人为操作错误。
支持协助完成与生产相关的项目，与其他组或部门共同合作完成组织目标
积极汇报生产过程中的安全，质量和交付风险，对本职工作有主人翁意识。

专业要求
大学专科及以上学历（专业不限）
具有化工，制药类企业生产经验，有无尘室经验尤佳。新毕业生也可接受。
了解工艺等相关基础知识
基本的英文阅读能力和计算机应用能力
具有学习意愿和积极进取的态度，具抗压性，能独立工作的能力，并且在需要的时候愿意配合加班
