岗位职责：

• 负责细胞与基因治疗相关平台的实验安排与新技术开发
• 项目立项和研发项目方案的准备
• 完成研究报告等相关技术文档的编写工作，为项目提供详实的技术记录和分析
• 协助完成培养基开发相关的实验，优化实验流程，提高实验效率
• 与团队其他成员保持有效沟通，协调资源，确保研发项目的顺利进行
• 完成领导安排的其他工作，包括但不限于项目管理、技术支持等

任职要求：

• 生物学相关领域硕士学历。
• 至少2年以上实际的细胞培养、研发以及相关的工作经验，有AAV、LV等相关实验经验者优先。
• 掌握分子生物学知识，包括分子设计，质粒表达系统的构建和优化等。
• 有数据科学和生物信息学方面经验者优先。
• 掌握基本的细胞生物学实验技术，包括但不限于细胞培养、标记、细胞转染、流式细胞术、显微镜技术等。
• 具备优秀的英文读写能力，能够进行英文交流，以便于与国际团队合作和查阅国际文献。
• 有较强的创新意识、责任心、敬业精神及工作主观能动性，善于主动学习，能够快速适应新技术和新方法。
• 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作。
