As Head of ONC Franchise Strategy and PMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives within the franchise operations department. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement strategies that support the overall objectives of the organization. Additionally, you will oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) activities, ensuring effective project governance and delivery.

Your role:
1. Franchisee Strategy Management

• Work closely with BD to coordinate external opportunity evaluation exercise
• As lead to work with business partners to synchronize all promotional activities
• Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement strategic initiatives that drive franchise growth and profitability.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies that align with the overall company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor their progress.

2. Project Management Office (PMO) Oversight

• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and practices within the PMO.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
• Conduct regular project reviews, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare executive-level project status reports and communicate project updates to key stakeholders

3. People Management

• Live up to a High Impact Culture in the team, set an environment to foster people develop skills, capabilities and gain experience

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Pharmacutical industry with demostrated strategic planning and business development experiences.  
• Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive change across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• People management experiences is a plus. 
• Frequent English and Mandarin.
