• Handle and perform the day-to-day Intercompany operations task of the assigned entity within the set guidelines/policies.
• Creation of cross charges to group entities and posting on the Accounts receivable side
• Posting of received cross charges on the Accounts Payable side
• Verification of invoices with regards to accounting standards, tax regulations, and group guidelines
• Prepare payment file through CDF matching and contact stakeholders if there are unmatched items
• Reconciliation and reporting of different types of Intercompany accounts
• Performing of monthly closing activities, reconciling of differences in the Balance Sheet and P&L between group companies
• Maintaining of master data related to Intercompany
• Contribution to process developments, process migrations, transformations, and projects
• In case of any accounting blockings, differences, or deviations from the processes, it will be welcome to look for solutions proactively and efficiently

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 1 year working experience in multinational company
• Good knowledge and experience with SAP FI is a must
• Experience in doing reconciliation (e.g. bank processing, accounts)
• Experience with foreign exchange payment is preferred
• Fluent English language skills required and language skills in Mandarin Chinese
• Strong ability to work in an international team and intercultural sensitivity
