Job responsibility:
- Responsible for operational compliance with peers:
- Applications for local purchase of precursor chemicals & explosive chemicals, as well as applications for import licenses for dual-use items of precursor chemicals
- End-user Statement register to the Ministry of Commerce and supporting to the applications for export licenses
- Addition tariff exemption application of origin goods
- Releasing GTS orders in SAP system, as well as record keeping
- 3C exemption application of import goods
- Support HS classification of new materials
- Advisory coordination:
- Support to regularly conduct TC Audit for internal control to ensure compliance with relevant with relevant Laws and Regulations and provide regular reporting of compliance metrics
- Follow to maintain documentation of policies, procedures, and processes for site Export / Import operations, including the Compliance Control Program (CCP)
- Admin works supporting if necessary
Job requirements:
- Education Level: B.S. Degree above, M.A is preferred. Major related to law, tax, or international trade preferred
- Experiences: with internship or work experience in legal, tax or Customs affairs preferred
- Expected Skills:
- Excellent in Microsoft office especially in EXCEL
- With the knowledge on HS classification preferred
- With the excellent communication/coordination skills, and establish good communication and smoothly cooperate with internal and external parties
- Good team spirit, work conscientiously and responsibly, have learning ability and have strong legal and risk control awareness
- Fluent English skills
