PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Customer Quality Support: Accountable for and support customer quality troubleshooting requests, ensure timely, accurate and effective analytical insights to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
2. Raw Material Analysis & New Product Development Support: Execute and deliver high-quality internal material analysis for raw material validation and new product development, ensuring consistency, reliability, and adherence to analytical standards.
3. Metrology & Characterization Enablement: Identify, evaluate, and apply appropriate metrology and characterization techniques to support commercial and new products, with strong technical understanding of key performance and quality factors.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze experimental data and prepare clear, detailed technical reports to support decision-making, root-cause analysis, and project milestones.
5. Method Development & Optimization: Develop, refine, and optimize analytical methods to enhance material characterization capability, data quality, and laboratory efficiency.
6. Technical Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of methods, procedures, and results, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality management systems.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with global analytical laboratories and cross-site teams to share best practices, align methodologies, and support multi-site projects.
8. Laboratory Safety & Compliance: Ensure laboratory activities comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
9. Intellectual Property Support: Contribute to intellectual property generation through method development, technical insights, and innovation activities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master’s degree or above in science or engineering disciplines; chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or electronics preferred.
2. Minimum 2+ years of research or industry experience in the chemical or semiconductor industry.
3. Demonstrated capability in NMR method development for structural identification, quantitative analysis, and impurity analysis, with proficiency in relevant data analysis software is preferred. Experience integrating complementary analytical techniques is a strong advantage.
4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and complete analytical tasks and project reports independently.
5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong learning agility.
6. Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, multicultural environment; good English communication skills (written and verbal) for internal collaboration.
