• Managing the order fulfillment process for pipeline products.
• Coordinating with BME, CE and supply chain teams for weekly open order reports with supply status.
• Monitoring pacing of quarterly forecast (QTD vs. projection): provide insighes and alerts of slow moving on daily basis
• Tracking trend of LDA/run rate, analyze trend of order intake
• Analyzing trend of hot seller products, coordinating with sales & marketing team to make mid-term forecast (6 month), provide demand forecast to BME and supply chain to prepare stocks in advance.
• Working closely with sales team and collaborate with fuctional teams to consolidate critical pipelines (utilize of SFDE data source).
• Analyze forecast accuracy after the closing of each quarter, summarize highlights/lowlights 
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize forecast accuracy and work closely with relevant teams. (Quarterly)
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding order status and any potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in order fulfillment/management or supply chain will be a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
