You role:

In the role of Demand Planner and Expert for Digital Transformation, the focus is on advancing operational excellence and digitalization within all supply planning processes at Display Solutions in the Electronics division.

As a Demand Planner, you will be part of the demand planning team, performing the monthly demand planning cycle for our business fields LC, OLED and RM and serving as the Forecast to Plan Key User for Display Solutions. As such, you represent our process requirements in future ERP upgrade projects. The goal is to coordinate the implementation of improvements with other Key Users and local teams as well as managing projects independently while ensuring a holistic approach that includes progress and impact transparency, change- and stakeholder management.

In the capacity of Expert for Digital Transformation, the responsibilities include identifying, designing, scoping and implementing effective improvements across sites and the supply network. You develop digitalization solutions that ensure data transparency along the value chain, streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency. Acting as a “data analytics” ambassador, close collaboration with the Digital & Data Office team is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the monthly demand planning cycle for Display Solutions in close cooperation with stakeholders like Sales, Life cycle Management, Marketing and Supply Planning incl. data collection, data analysis, KPI review and demand adjustments.
• Collaborate with end-users and IT to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and system by providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate and upgrade digital solutions and KPIs to drive and measure the success of our digital transformation initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Who you are:

• Working experience (>5 years) in Demand Planning, Operational Excellence, digitalization solutions or project management ideally in manufacturing & supply operations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP APO, Forecast to Plan and other supply chain related processes.
• Strong analytical thinker with an affinity for data crunching, hands-on & pragmatic mentality.
• High affinity with computerized systems, digital, data, and tools like Palantir Foundry, PowerBI, PowerAutomate and Excel.
• Coding experience in Python or Java is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment through influence and collaboration.
• Strong communicator, fluent in English (written & oral) with strong listening abilities.
• Adaptive mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements.
