Your role:

  1. Take a leadership role in managing and driving the sales team for coatings/cosmetics raw materials to achieve sales targets in China.
  2. Collaborate closely with the regional marketing team to ensure the implementation of product strategies to maximize profit and market share in China.
  3. Drive effective daily sales activities while mitigating financial risks in daily commercial operations with customers in China.
  4. Become a member of the PM-P&C management team in China, responsible for the ongoing development program for the PM-P sales team.
  5. Coordinate key account management activities in China, gaining support from service teams to address technical and commercial issues, ensuring a higher service level for PM-P business with key accounts.

Who you are:

  1. bachelor's degree and above, majoring in polymer materials or fine chemicals.
  2. Extensive experience in managing sales in an international B2B business, specifically selling raw materials to the coatings and cosmetics industries. Understands industry requirements and can develop solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Strong leadership experience with an understanding of how to motivate and recognize the achievements of subordinates. Fair and balanced evaluation of employee performance.
  4. Visionary, proactive, and strongly results-oriented, capable of addressing challenges in a pragmatic manner. Able to balance operational and strategic requirements effectively.
  5. Experience in international project management, including skills such as milestone planning, resource planning, team culture, motivation, and budget control.
  6. Proficiency in Mandarin and fluency in English.
