Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the growth of our Chemical Synthesis product line within the Chemistry business. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable sales growth by clear portfolio strategy to effectively promote commodity and specialty products in the Life Science research market.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assess key markets, technology trends, customer needs, pricing and competition.
  • Investigate revenue growth drivers and identify opportunities across workflows and customer segments.
  • Analyze and deliver clear technical value proposition for specialty products to internal commercial teams and external customers
  • Partner with Commercial colleagues, solution scientist and marketing execution to develop and execute marketing tactics and commercial tools from an end-user perspective
  • Work closely with global franchise stakeholders to gain support and alignment
  • Drive growth in innovative portfolios (small equipment, digital product…etc)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launch plans for new strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams to improve the product availability in China.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Organic Chemistry, Pharmacy or relevant scientific discipline with a minimum 5+ years of expertise in the Laboratory & Life Science market.
• Proven track record of influencing and leading cross-functional teams
• Track record in developing mid-term to long-term portfolio strategies, go-to-market plans, and managing complex supply chain dynamics.
• Ability to highly effectively communicate and influence internal and external domestic and overseas stakeholders, using both oral and written communication skills
• Strategic and analytical mindset with exceptional project management abilities.
• Ability to travel domestically, up to 20% of the time.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, esp. EXCEL and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (M.Sc., MBA, or PhD) and 10+ years of experience in Chemical Synthesis product management and marketing.
