Your profile : 

• Master degree in technical domain or Degree with high experience of >7years in electronic, mechanical, robotic, SW.
• Experiences in microelectronics, 3 to 5 years.
• Knowledge on metrology and optics
• Customers management skills
• Communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to travel

• You will be joining a team of technical expert to support global field engineer -GTS team
• Location: China (Shanghai) 

The GTS engineer will be in charge off

Technical Support:

• Supervise technically all installation
• Link between Field and HQ functions (Engineering, Manufacturing, Apps)
• Participate to NC process by providing expertise
• Participate to the devellopment of new system
• Manage spare parts obsolescence
• Develop global training programs

Service Business Development:

• Manage Customers escalation, on technical and comunicaton side
• Develop catalogue Service Products CIP
• Develop spare parts improvement program
• Develop Repair/ Refurbish programs
• Provide training and participate to training documentation
• Insure the cross sharing of the knowledge in the team
• Develop maintenace and trouble shooting document
