Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Head of China AS. This role will oversee a significant business portfolio valued at approximately 120 million Euros, encompassing four key franchises: Lab Water, BioM, DxRM, and CTS . The ideal candidate will drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers in the Chinese market.

Your Role:

1. Business Leadership:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets across all franchises.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
2. Market Analysis and Growth:
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and enhance customer engagement.
3. Operational Excellence:
• Ensure efficient operations across all franchises, optimizing processes and resource allocation.
• Implement best practices in sales, marketing, and customer service to enhance operational performance.
4. Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align business objectives and share best practices.
5. Financial Management:
• Monitor financial performance, providing insights to senior management.
• Develop budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the life sciences or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of the Chinese market.
• Demonstrated success in managing significant business portfolios and driving growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
