Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented leader to join us as the Head of Commercial Excellence for AS China. This strategic role will be instrumental in transforming commercial operations, driving revenue growth, and establishing best-in-class capabilities across our business. You will architect and execute a comprehensive commercial excellence framework that enhances sales effectiveness, optimizes resource allocation, and accelerates digital transformation. Leading cross-functional initiatives, you will build the infrastructure and capabilities needed to sustain competitive advantage in the dynamic Chinese market.

Your Role:

Strategic Commercial Leadership:

  • Design and implement an integrated commercial excellence strategy encompassing territory optimization, pricing excellence, incentive structures, and sales force effectiveness.
  • Build and operate a sophisticated, data-driven performance management system that delivers real-time insights, predictive analytics, and actionable intelligence to drive decision-making at all levels.

Digital Transformation & Systems Excellence:

  • Lead SFDC governance as a strategic asset, establishing enterprise-wide data standards, quality frameworks, and compliance protocols.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives across the lead-to-cash cycle, implementing automation and digital tools that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Champion user adoption and capability building through targeted training and change management.

Capability Development & Enablement:

  • Architect and deliver high-impact sales enablement programs that build critical skills, accelerate onboarding, and drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Develop dealer excellence frameworks including segmentation strategies, performance scorecards, incentive programs, and compliance mechanisms to optimize channel effectiveness.

Operational Excellence & Sales Support:

  • Establish streamlined processes and provide strategic support for complex tenders, quotes, and deal acceleration.
  • Create tools, playbooks, and materials that empower commercial teams to win in the marketplace.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • You bring 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or strategy roles, preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or B2B technology sectors.
  • You have deep expertise in CRM/SFDC governance, sales analytics, and digital transformation, with a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions.
  • You demonstrate strategic thinking combined with operational rigor—capable of defining vision while ensuring flawless execution.
  • You possess exceptional analytical capabilities and can translate complex data into strategic insights and business impact.
  • You are a compelling communicator and influencer who can engage stakeholders at all levels and drive organizational change.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
