As the Head of OLED Sales for China, you will play a pivotal role in aligning global OLED growth strategy with the unique needs and dynamics of our key account customers. Your role encompasses developing strategic initiatives that align with our objectives and addressing the unique needs of key accounts. You will cultivate deep, trusting relationships at various decision-making levels within customer organizations.

 

Your Role

  • Strategic Vision and Customer-Centric Approach: Develop and implement strategies that not only align with company’s OLED growth objectives but also reflect a comprehensive understanding of customers' businesses, challenges, and market environments. Tailor solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Relationship Management and Communication Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, facilitating alignment between R&D, sales, and key functions in Korea and headquarters to ensure cohesive efforts.
  • Analytical Skills and Performance Orientation: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, assess account performance, and inform strategic decisions. Maintain a results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and develop a Key Account Management team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Negotiation Expertise and Adaptability: Negotiate contracts and agreements that achieve win-win outcomes for both company and key accounts. Demonstrate flexibility in adapting strategies to changing market conditions and customer needs, with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaboration Skills: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver comprehensive solutions to key accounts.

 

Who You Are

-Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in China, including significant exposure to OLED technology and extensive managerial experience in sales roles.

- Proven experience leading a team 3yrs above, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

-Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
