About the role: You will turn architecture into working production paths: implement integrations, automate quality and operations, harden day-2 operability, and help grow internal engineering capacity. You will be a key technical counterpart to architects, security, and external partners throughout design, delivery, and run.

Your role: 
• Design, implement, and maintain platform foundations (integration layers, identity hooks, environments, automation)
• Improve reliability through CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks
• Build reusable engineering assets (templates, test harnesses, smoke/E2E checks, quality gates) that reduce manual effort and create repeatable evidence of readiness
• Partner with architects and vendors to harden production paths, clarify acceptance standards, and improve day-2 operability
• Troubleshoot complex cross-component issues spanning applications, APIs, data services, and cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to secure-by-default engineering practices (secrets management, access control, auditability).
• Support environment readiness and production handover for platforms delivered with external partners.
• Coach junior engineers/interns and help grow internal engineering capacity.

Who you are:
• Solid experience (typically 6+ years) in platform, backend, and cloud engineering
• Hands-on experience with China cloud providers is required
• Practical skills with cloud services, APIs, automation, and observability tooling
• Experience with identity/access integration and secure service-to-service communication
• A production mindset: quality gates, incident readiness, maintainability, and clear run documentation
• Strong debugging and collaboration skills with architects, security, and external partners
• Comfortable working in a global–local matrix; English and Mandarin required.
