Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Consultant to lead and execute customer education programs across China. This customer-facing role is responsible for the end-to-end management of training initiatives, ensuring high-quality content delivery, customer engagement, and business impact. The ideal candidate will have a biopharmaceutical or life sciences background, experience in BD, marketing or customer-facing role, and the ability to collaborate with internal trainers and global teams to continuously enhance training programs.

This position requires close communication with local and global stakeholders to align on training content, incorporate the latest updates, and develop courses tailored to the needs of Local customers. The candidate should be highly self-driven, capable of independently managing projects, and open to utilizing AI and digital tools to enhance training effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute customer training programs.
  • Work closely with internal trainers to coordinate course delivery and continuously enhance training effectiveness.
  • Liaise with global teams to ensure training information, content, list price remains up to date, relevant, and aligned with strategies.
  • Develop, update, and optimize training content based on market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
  • Promote training programs using marketing strategies to drive participation and commercial impact.
  • Engage with customers to assess their training needs and provide professional support.
  • Utilize AI and digital tools to improve training delivery, engagement, and efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support revenue generation by positioning training as a value-added commercial service.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in biopharmaceuticals, life sciences, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing, customer-facing, or training role within a multinational company.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working with global teams.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt training content based on customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory updates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in life science, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or process solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI applications, digital learning tools, and online training platforms.
  • Background in training program development, instructional design, or marketing.
