Your role：

该职位必须能够执行持续操作以及复杂的故障排除和问题解决。该候选人将标准工作5天，每周40小时。

该候选人在最初几个月的培训中学习和了解基本的钢瓶处理，阀门和分析技术，以及一般的气体知识技能。在培训期结束时，技术人员将具备独立完成所有操作步骤，包括日常工作，预防性维护，每日报告，先进先出，气瓶准备，正确的气瓶处理/运输能力。"

钢瓶叉车操作

钢瓶收货及IQC

仓库日常维护

遵循钢瓶先进先出的工作流程

实施和维护WMS。

监控钢瓶库存，仓库钢瓶的计数,维护及检查钢瓶盘点

维护RedOx保税及非保税材料跟踪和管理系统。

出厂前对钢瓶进行实物检查(OQC工作流程)。

监督第三方司机负责的钢瓶运送

Pick up由客户返还的空瓶。

目视检查空钢瓶的回收及目视检查。

协助解决客户投诉

维护钢瓶交付文件和客户对接。

在计算机系统中维护和更新仓库钢瓶日志

能够根据需要使用条形码和标签系统。

紧急情况下加班或周末加班。

协助跟踪仓库消耗品(PPE，标签，收缩包装等)并向仓库主管汇报。

监督和理解现场每个产品的正确交付程序。

推动持续改进、最佳实践和ISO活动。

通过日常运营实施BSP活动。

能够在遇到问题时获得适当的帮助。

能够服从主管的指示安排。

能够遵循程序，执行并严格遵守默克安全程序(PPE Matirx)和所有标准操作政策和程序。

随身携带值班对讲机，下班后接听紧急电话。

工作时间08:30-17:30。

应急响应(ER)小组成员。

高中及以上学历

有3年以上仓库操作经验以及保税产品处理经验者优先。

有化工行业及钢瓶操作经验者优先。

叉车驾驶证必须在有效期内。

善于沟通及团队合作精神。
