Your role:

1. Cylinder valve replacement and maintenance (work with local ECPA team)

2. Bulk fleet maintenance, manifold helium leak check.

3. Cylinder retest arrangement.

4. Cylinder polishing by 3rd vendor arrangement.

5. SAP cylinder master data update.

6. Manage the allocation and statistics of SPG/TF CTNs & container at the plant.

6. Fleet parts purchasing.

7. Fleet parts RC code creation with Asia GMM GP Jang in Korea and set ROP.

8. Bulk fleet SAP PM01 / PM02 close.

9. Cylinder disposal with Asia fleet asset team JM Park’s team, also new fleet capex investment.

10. Demand forecast fleet sizing with SCA.

11. Develop new 3rd suppliers for cylinder maintenance if necessary.

12. Retest certs and manufacturer certs upload into SAP.

13. Cooperate with the Chinese government to manage pressure vessel certificates and audit (Xiang Kang code).

14. Cooperate with the Asia fleet team to resolve technical issues encountered at the ZJG plant.

15. Regularly inventory and manage the containers and cages in the ZJG plant.

16. Leadership in the maintenance and training of cylinder valves in the ZJG plant.

Who you are:

Degree: Bachelor's degree or above. 

English: CET-4 or above, Good English listening comprehension skills. 

Over 5 years of experience with cylinders, Experience working at gas filling station is preferred.
