Your Role：

• 根据安排进行生产相关作业。
• 配合班长管理生产现场的5S和安全工作
• 根据生产指令进行适时生产，包括生产所有作业：如光刻胶和化学品的调制、充填、包装、包材准备，以及蒸馏相关操作等。
• 及时发现并解决生产中出现的问题。
• 提供合适的改善提案。
• 维护并提高现场的5S和安全控制水平。
• 完成班长安排的其他工作。

Who Are You：

• 高中及以上学历
• 1年以上相关工作经验或化工技校应届毕业生
• 有铲车驾驶证优先
• 仔细认真，有高度的责任心和团队意识
