Your Role

1.R&D Leadership & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end R&D programs, coordinating efforts across global functions including Japan, China, and other regional teams.
•  Design and develop new lithography materials, evaluate their performance, and drive iterative improvements.
• Optimize lithography process parameters to ensure scalable and customer-ready results.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, ensuring strong alignment with application needs.
• Oversee quality improvements and facilitate smooth technology transfer from development to mass production.
• Manage timelines, risks, and communication across diverse internal and external stakeholders.

2. Laboratory Work & Technical Execution

• Formulate chemical solutions, conduct analytical evaluations, and perform structural/process testing.
• Handle filtration, bottling, and shipment of evaluation samples to global customers.
• Facilitate data-driven discussions, analysis reviews, and technical decision-making.

3. Cleanroom Operation & Lithography Process

• Operate semiconductor lithography and inspection tools with precision.
• Execute coating, exposure, and development processes; perform film thickness, critical dimension (CD) measurements, and defect inspections.
• Ensure experimental outputs meet stringent R&D and customer quality standards.

Who You Are

• Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Physics, or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven experience in chemical or semiconductor environments, with strong exposure to lithography materials and process technologies.
• Skilled in leading cross-functional and cross-regional projects.
• Strong communication capabilities to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and global partners.
• Proficient in English and Chinese. Communicative in Japanese.
• Deep passion for new material development and innovation.
• Persistent and proactive problem-solver, demonstrating strong ownership and resilience.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
